Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name and job role. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the basic profile details those providers share with us.

Your content. The prompts, notes, and text you enter into workflows, and the outputs you choose to save to My Work, are stored in your account so you can reopen them from any device.

Usage data. We record the number of AI runs you use each month to enforce plan limits. We do not track you across other websites.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. DeskIQ never sees or stores your card number — Stripe handles that directly.

When you run a workflow or score a prompt, the text you enter is sent to an AI model to generate a result. This happens only when you explicitly click a button — nothing is sent automatically.

Text you enter may be processed by third-party AI model providers to produce your output. Do not enter sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or regulated data (such as health or financial records) into DeskIQ unless your organization has approved doing so.

Send-to-AI features copy your prompt to your clipboard and open the provider's own website in a new tab. What you paste there is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours.

We do not sell your data or your content to anyone.

We do not use your saved work to train AI models.

We do not show advertising or share your information with advertisers.

Your account and saved work are stored in a hosted database with row-level access controls — each signed-in user can only read and write their own rows.

You can delete saved items at any time from My Work. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your saved work and profile are removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons (such as payment records held by Stripe).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in the app — your saved work is visible and editable in My Work, and your profile details are in Settings. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date below and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users in the app.
