Terms of Service

DeskIQ is a product of CloudspeakAI, operated by Cloudspeak LLC. It provides a library of structured, role-based workflows that help you draft, score, and improve prompts for AI tools, and save the results to your account.

By creating an account or using DeskIQ, you agree to these terms.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use DeskIQ.

The Free plan includes the full workflow library, 5 AI runs per month, and up to 10 saved items. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.

DeskIQ Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and your saved work is not deleted when you downgrade.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails, we may pause Pro features until it is resolved.

DeskIQ sends the text you enter to AI models to generate results. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it — especially for legal, HR, financial, or compliance content.

DeskIQ is not a lawyer, accountant, or HR advisor, and its output is not professional advice.

Send-to-AI features open third-party AI providers (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini) in your browser. DeskIQ is not affiliated with those providers, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You agree not to use DeskIQ to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes others' rights; to attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls; to enter other people's sensitive personal data without authorization; or to resell access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all rights to the text you enter and the outputs you save. You grant us only the limited right to store and process that content to operate the service for you.

We aim to keep DeskIQ available and improving, but the service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features over time; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give notice and a pro-rated refund option.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudspeak LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of DeskIQ, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
